Responsible For
1. Training Program Development Design and implement effective sales training programs. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and role-playing exercises. Customize training programs based on the needs of the sales team and business goals. 2. Sales Coaching & Development Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires. Provide ongoing coaching to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills. Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement. 3. Product & Market Knowledge Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and value propositions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to refine training content.

1.Bachelor's Degree (Preferred or Required) Business Administration Marketing Sales & Management Human Resources Communication Education or Training & Development 2. Additional Certifications (Optional but Beneficial) Sales Training Certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Trainer - CPST) Coaching & Leadership Certifications Train-the-Trainer Programs CRM & Sales Software Training (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
